When 110 Snowdon Ave. sold in 2021 for more than $450,000 over asking, it was already a beautiful home.

Sure, it needed a bit of extra love in certain places, but it was a solid three-bedroom, two bathroom house that most people would be thrilled to live in.

However, the owners took this already nice house and turned it into something unbelievably stunning.

The front entrance.

Designed by Maniera Design and Blue Lion Building, they managed to create a luxury home that is the perfect mix of modern and classic architectural styles.
